I had the opportunity to do e-learning consulting for Cambodia. The biggest problem with using e-learning in developing countries is the use of solutions and content without high price. I know about Moodle and the OER content available for free. Unfortunately, many OER materials are in English or Spanish. It is always necessary to translate these contents into local languages. For Moodle, you also need to localize the menu, which requires a lot of manpower and time.

It is a burden to carry a lot of luggage because there are many places to visit. With one notebook computer, one pad, and a few books, my bag-pack is already full. It would be convenient to have eBooks rather than paper books. Of course because of my ageing eyes also ask me some thing to do. I made up my mind to convert my books to eBooks and there are several ways to do it on Internet.

A new feature in OKMindmap of Padlet-like view has been added. This feature can be used effectively in harmony with iframe node function of OKMindmap. Generally, when you create a mind map, the branches expands, creating a shape in which the nodes continue to diverge. Sometimes we need to be able to put a note on the post where we like it to be placed. The Padlet service is already available on the Internet and can be accessed with the http://padlet.com service. From the perspective of educators, we hope that learners will have the ability to meet the new era. I referred to several places, the competencies for the new generation is called the four C’s.
